The main characters of this series are quite entertaining and I ended up laughing mostly at Arthur Hastings' amusing tendencies. Perhaps I'll make a longer post about the murder case itself in the future but for now I'll try to listen on more of Poirot's stories.
And yet again I'm falling in love with Yahiro and Megumi's story. Ideas are flowing on my mind with these two as inspiration and I'd really love to see how Yahiro would deal with his feelings for Megumi. Ahhh~ love is beautiful.
One thing I love about my current work is that a day won't pass without laughing heartily. The kids' laughter and smiles are very infectious and one can't help but feel those simple happiness emanating from them.
The only difficult thing about getting infected with that laughter is whenever I'm doing story time and in the middle of it, I get caught up by the kids' giggles and chuckles. I'm terrible at controlling my laughter once it started so it's very challenging to continue reading a story while I'm trying not to laugh. It doesn't help that when I laugh, the children laugh too and I end up laughing again and then they laugh one more time and it's like an endless loop unless I try to stop. And my future involves
a cup of tea and a couple of cookies shared between laughter from you and I as we celebrate your 90th birthday. Won't it be good to see each others smiles coming from wrinkled faces and our heads adorned white while we sat hand in hand? Together we'll just seat on our garden You hum that music you composed decades ago and I read a book I bought when we were 30 No words exchange but constantly we smile at each other |
